When you request an audit we collect and store the name, email address, and website you provide, along with the content you submit (a URL, pasted text, or an uploaded file) and the resulting report. We also store your IP address and browser user agent to prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.
How we use uploaded files and content
Content and files you submit are used only to generate your audit and report. We do not sell your data.
Public leaderboard and report links
New URL audits submitted after the leaderboard launches may publish the page URL and its latest score on our homepage and leaderboard. Existing audits, pasted text, uploaded documents, contact details, and full report links are not added to these listings. URLs containing query strings or common private routes are excluded. Do not submit private URLs or personal information in page paths. Contact us to request removal of a published entry.
Your full report is accessible to anyone who has its unique report link. Keep that link private if the report contains information you do not want to share.
AI processing
To analyze your content, the text you submit may be processed by a third-party AI provider. Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, or personal information that you would not want processed by an external AI service.
Email contact
We may use the email address you provide to send your report and to follow up about your audit and related services.
Nature of the reports
Reports are informational and automated. They are not a guarantee of search rankings, AI citations, or any specific result.
